All targets within a 15-foot cone must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or become blinded until the end of their next turn.
Viper's Dodge. If the Scout is targeted by a single target spell or attack and it misses by a total of 4 or more, he may roll to a new position up to 10 feet away from his previous position. Viper's dodge provokes no attacks of opportunity as he leaves the zone of engagement.
