A creature of urban legend, believed by few to even exist. The Blue Man is a humanoid, sickly and thin in appearance with distended legs and a blue and purple complexion. Its eyes are sunken into its skull such that only its blue eyes remain visible, and its skin is wrinkled, and thin, and covers his rotting flesh like a poorly fitted sheet, sagging off each bone and muscle.
