A Red Leech of Dras is created by a High Priest of the Drastikan with the sole purpose of controlling a humanoid host. The red leeches are pieces of the High Priest, giving the High Priest complete control over the leech as well as the target infected by the red leech. These leeches are approximately three inces in length with semi-segmented bodies that are translucent dark red.

The leeches are used in Drastikan enslavement ceremonies, in which the Drastikan have kidnapped humanoids in order to make slaves of them for their armies of undead. The red leech burrows it's way through the targets ear and latches onto the targets brain. Once the leech takes hold of the target brain the tartget falls under control of the High Priest who created the leech. The enslaved victim remains in hummanoid form.
