Inherited Spellcasting: When the summoning Danse Macabre Bard reaches 14th level, the Deathborne Puppet may cast any of the Bardic spells that the summoner knows. It inherits the Spellcasting DC and attack rolls of the summoner. Any Volatility generated by the Deathborne Puppet is transferred to the summoner.

Mirrored Moves: The Deathborne Puppet inherits the weapon that the summoner has in their hands, and changes the weapon when the bard changes their weapon. Its attack rolls with that weapon use the summoner's Charisma modifier and Proficiency Bonus. It may also perform any actions, reactions, and bonus actions that the summoner can with the exception of spellcasting.   Bereft of Body: The Deathborne Puppet can move through solid creatures and objects as easily as a mortal creature moves through fog.   Puppeteered Wraith: The Deathborne Puppet cannot move further than 60 feet away from its summoner. If the summoner moves more than 60 feet away from it, it will be pulled towards the summoner during their movement so that it is still within 60 feet. When the summoner reaches 14th level, the maximum distance that the Deathborne Puppet can be away from its summoner is 90 feet.

Actions

Attack: The Deathborne Puppet makes its attack rolls using the summoner's Proficiency Bonus plus their Charisma modifier. For damage rolls with melee weapons, it adds the Charisma modifier to the damage dealt. It inherits the same weapon as whatever the summoning bard has equipped.

A puppet that is created when a cursed creature afflicted by the Half-Moon's Mark, or La Malediction de la Demi-Lune expires, the Deathborne Puppet emanates ghostly strings from each of its limbs and its back, tethered to the one who inflicted the curse. It mirrors the movements of the one that it is tied to, and responds to every command telepathically and intuitively. It is made of black ethers that sometimes shimmer with strands of necromantic energies. Occasionally, the puppet will twitch erratically, as if trying to break free of its bonds, to be released from its servitude.   It is exceptionally strong during a new moon or an eclipse, and will emanate a glowing field of magic.   The magic that created this puppet was designed during the Feudal period of Dunia's past, with the intent of having it act on the behalf of its performing masters, but it was suddenly made clear that it could be used for deadly purposes when a play where a duel was featured went horribly wrong. Afterwards, it was the order of Bardic performers, the Danse Macabre troupe, who refined the magic to summon this wraithlike puppet with ease. But as always, it requires a curse be placed on a victim to manifest.
