Legend has it that the Gods created the world by using a magical quill to write about it. It is said that, if one writes something using the magic quill, the contents of the message will come to life if a creature is described or the events will come to pass if a message is written describing a particular event or chain of events. However, it is not certain whether or not this item really exists or if it's all just a tale.
