Mortal Instruments

Patron Slayer

The energy which once bolstered you as an ally has now been harnessed against your former master. You gain the favored enemy that best represents your former patron (Fey, Fiend, Aberration, etc.) and gains the following benefits against this type:
• You gain bonus damage against the type equal to your Charisma Modifier.
• You have advantage on survival checks to track this type of creature.
• You have advantage on stealth checks against this type of creature.
Improved Mortal Instruments
10th Level
At the 10th Level, your bond with your double-bladed scimitar has allowed you to channel more of your stolen power into the weapon and gain the following benefits:
• Your critical rate increases to 19-20.
• Your damage with the weapon increases to 2d6 on the primary and 1d6 on the bonus.
• You can sacrifice a 5th-level spell slot to gain elemental bonus damage until your next short or long rest. When you sacrifice the spell, you can choose one damage type from a spell you have that is not a Mystic Arcanum to imbue the weapon. Every time you hit with your Double-Bladed Scimitar, you deal an additional 1d6 damage of your chosen type.
Siphon Master
14th Level
At the 14th Level, your ability to steal power from creatures you have slain has reached a new pinnacle. When you kill a creature, you can use a bonus action to rip its soul from its husk within one turn after it dies once per long rest. Consuming a creature's soul restores all of the warlock's pact magic slots (This does not recharge any Mystic Arcanums).
When you use Siphon Master against your favored foe from Patron Slayer, you can use this feature a second time against another favored foe per long rest.
