Epic Resistance. If Jeslin fails a saving throw, she may expend the use of an unspent legendary action to succeed instead.   Evasion. If Jeslin is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.   Mimicry. Jeslin can mimic animal sounds and humanoid voices. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 20 Wisdom (Insight) check.   Sneak Attack. Once per turn, Jeslin can deal an extra 8d6 damage to one creature she hits with an attack if she has advantage on the attack roll. The attack must use a finesse or a ranged weapon.   Special Equipment. Jesling has the following special equipment: +2 studded leather armor, an amulet of proof against detection and location, and wields the Whispering Blade.

Actions

Epic Actions. On her turn, Jeslin can use her bonus action, movement, and interaction as normal. However, she does not take an action on its turn unless forced to do so by a spell or other effect.   Whispering Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d8 + 8) slashing damage plus 3d6 psychic damage and 8d6 sneak attack damage when applicable.   Shapechange. Jeslin transforms into a Medium or Small humanoid she has seen, or back into her true form. Her statistics, other than her size, are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. She reverts to her true form if it dies.   Spellcasting. Jeslin casts one of the following spells as a 20th-level spellcaster, using Charisma as his spellcasting ability (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks):   At will: charm person, detect thoughts, hold person, knock, mage hand, minor illusion, mirror image, prestidigitation, sending, silence, silent image, suggestion, vicious mockery, zone of truth   3/day each: blindness/deafness, major image, fear, hypnotic pattern, greater invisibility, polymorph, Raulothim's psychic lance, dominate person, modify memory, scrying, synaptic static, Banishment   2/day each: mass suggestion, true seeing, mirage arcane, etherealness   1/day each: dominate monster, mind blank, foresight, psychic scream

Bonus Actions

Cunning Action. Jeslin takes the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.   Ethereal Shift (3/day). Jeslin magically teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.

Reactions

Deny the Mage. Jeslin attempts to interupt a creature casting a spell that she can see within 60 feet of her. She makes a Charisma check (DC 10 + the spell's level). On a success, the spell fails and has no effect, but any spell slots or charges are not wasted, and the caster of the spell takes psychic damage equal to 1 + the spell slot level of the spell countered.   Misdirection. When she would take damage, Jeslin becomes Invisible and teleports 30 ft. to an unoccupied space she can see. At the same time, an illusory double of her appears where she was standing and lasts for 1 minute. The invisibility ends if Jeslin attacks or casts a spell, or after 1 minute.

Legendary Actions

Jeslin can take a number of legendary actions equal to the number of player characters in the initiative order, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another player character's turn. Jeslin regains spend legendary actions at the start of a new round of combat.   Attack (Costs 1 Legendary Action). Jeslin makes an attack with her Whispering Blade.   Minor Spell (Costs 1 Legendary Action). Jeslin casts one of her at will or 3/day spells.   Shapechange (Costs 1 Legendary Action). Jeslin uses her Shapechange ability.   Major Spell (Costs 2 Legendary Actions). Jeslin casts one of her 2/day or 1/day spells.
