Sealed Power. Sukuna's abilities will scale with his consumed fingers in his current vessel. Sukuna's Strength, Dexterity and Constitution Score will go down by 1 for every 4 fingers he is missing from 20. Sukuna's Hit Dice will also decrease by 1d8 for every 2 fingers he is missing from 20. Sukuna will lose 1d6/1d8 damage on Dismantle for every 2 fingers he is missing from 20. Sukuna will lose 1 die for every 2 fingers he is missing from 20 on Cleave. Any save DCs will decrease by 1 for every 4 fingers sukuna is missing from 20. Sukuna cannot use his Divine Flame, Furnace: Open, unless he has at least 5 fingers. He also loses 1d6 damage for every 2 fingers he is missing from 20. Sukuna loses a daily use of his shrine for every 5 fingers he is missing from 20. Sukuna loses a use of Reversed Cursed Technique for every 4 fingers he is missing from 20.
Cursed Energy. Sukuna's physical strikes and other attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunities. Additionally, when making an Unarmed Strike, a d100 is rolled, and if Sukuna rolls anywhere from a 1-18, the damage on the Unarmed Strike is doubled, and becomes a Black Flash. The next attack Sukuna makes will also have advantage, or if it involves a saving throw, will impose disadvantage on it's victims.
Magical Knowledge. Once per round, whenever Sukuna observes a spell being cast, he can make an Intelligence (Arcana) Check to identify the spell and know it's effects and uses. The DC is 15 + the Spell's Level.
Immovable Body. Sukuna is immune to any effects that would alter the shape of his body.
True Form. Once per vessel, Sukuna can transform into his Heian Form. His Strength, Dexterity and Constitution will no longer be affected by his Sealed Power, and he will regain 20d8 hitpoints. He also gains an extra pair of arms, and an additional mouth on his stomach. He also becomes Large in size.
Lost Weapons. Sukuna at your discretion may possess the legendary magical weapons Hiten and Kamutoke. He is proficient with them, and they belonged to him 1000 years ago, and he is already attuned to them.

Actions

Multiattack. Sukuna makes two attacks using either Cleave, Unarmed Strike, or Dismantle, only one of which can be Cleave.
Dismantle. Sukuna launches a flying slash in a 40 ft. line which is 10 ft. wide. Any creature caught in this line must make a DC 20 Dexterity Saving Throw and take 10d6 slashing damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful save. Additionally, Sukuna can say "Dismantle." while pointing in the direction hes sending the slash to increase the damage to 10d8 slashing damage but decreasing it to a DC 18 Dexterity Saving Throw. This attack also travels through targets to destroy terrain and buildings.
Cleave (Recharge 4-6). Melee Weapon Attack, +11 to Hit, Reach: Touch, one target Sukuna reaches forth, touching a target. This will adapt to the target's durability, attempting to cut them down in one swoop. This will deal damage die equal to 10 of their hit dice.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Attack, +11 to Hit, Reach: 5ft., one target Sukuna unleashes a blow, dealing 2d4 + STR + The Amount of Fingers Consumed bludgeoning damage, as he unleashes a wicked blow on his target.
Divine Flame, Furnace: Open (Recharge 5-6) Ranged Spell Attack, 60/120 ft. range Sukuna spends a turn as his hands rapidly heat up, and the overall temperature of the surrounding area in a 60 ft. diameter centered on Sukuna increases to a noticeable degree. While this charges, Sukuna cannot take reactions nor use legendary actions. Sukuna can only use this once he has used Dismantle at least 4 times, used Cleave at least twice, or opened his Domain at least once. The following turn, Sukuna will unleash his Flaming Arrow, and it will incinerate any creature aside from himself in a 60 ft. diameter of the contact point. Any creature in this area must make a DC 22 Dexterity Saving Throw and takes 30d6 fire damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
Domain Expansion: Malevolent Shrine, 4/day Sukuna puts his fingers together in a Enmaten Handsign, and speaks: "Domain Expansion". A large shrine will materialize behind sukuna, taking up the same size a Huge Creature, and slashes begin to rain down upon anything that isn't Sukuna in a 200 ft. diameter of the Shrine. Any creature starting it's turn in the radius of Malevolent Shrine or entering the radius of it will take 5 of their hit dice in damage. Optionally, Sukuna can enclose the radius in a barrier, any creature attempting to break the barrier must succeed on a DC 28 Strength Check to break it from the inside, dismissing the Domain. Any creature outside of the barrier must make a DC 22 Strength Check to break it from the outside, dismissing the Domain. Alternatively, to enter the domain they can succeed on a DC 16 Strength Check to break their way into the barrier, but not dismissing the domain. No characters can exit from the inside during this. If Sukuna decides to enact this barrier, the damage of Shrine will instead be reduced to 3 of the targets hit dice in damage. This Domain Expansion requires concentration from Sukuna, and it remains until the Barrier is forcibly shattered, it is dismissed, or Sukuna loses concentration. Additionally, while his Domain is active, Cleave's range is increased to 20 ft. and it will now automatically hit targets.

Bonus Actions

Malevolent Beatdown. Sukuna makes 2 unarmed strikes against a creature of his choice.
Uncanny Agility. Sukuna gains 20 ft. flying speed until the end of his turn.
Reversed Cursed Technique. Sukuna can heal 4d8 hp, and he can use this feature 5 times and regains 1d4 expended uses on a short rest and all expended uses on a long rest.

Reactions

Divine Movement. Any Saving Throw pertaining to Dexterity for saving damage against an AOE attack of magical or nonmagical origin will allow Sukuna to take no damage instead of half damage.
Hollow Wicker Basket. If Sukuna is subjected to damage from an attack that cannot miss, he can activate this and negate the damage from that attack, taking no damage.
Mouth Creation. Sukuna can create an extra mouth in a spot on his body to catch an incoming melee attack. The melee attack made against him is rolled with Disadvantage, and he takes 2d6 reduced damage from it.

Legendary Actions

Sukuna can take 3 legendary actions each round. He can only use one option at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. He regains spent Legendary Actions at the start of his turn.
Riposte. Sukuna makes two Dismantle attacks on any target which missed an attack on him since the end of his last turn.
Cursed Blow. Sukuna makes an Unarmed Strike attack. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Strength Check or be knocked away from Sukuna by 40 ft.
Horrifying Presence. (2 Actions) Sukuna makes his presence paralyzing to all nearby creatures. Any creature within a 30 ft. radius of Sukuna must make a DC 22 Wisdom Saving Throw or be frightened until the end of it's next turn.

Ryomen Sukuna, a Legendary Sorcerer of 1000 years, the strongest supposed human of his era. After being struck down by divine entities, he learned from an equally malevolent comrade how to traverse the ages as a cursed object. He split his power into 20 fingers, each finger can create a new vessel for him. Should he return, it would not be as if a fighter of the ages returned, but rather a natural disaster. He is compared to a god, his original form possessing 2 faces, 4 arms, and 2 mouths. He is truly, the King of Curses. He lives only to partake in combat, living by his own pleasure and displeasure. He lacks empathy for any other living creature, and doesn't hesitate to kill, murder, or steal. He does have a strange sense of honor among combat, and expresses true interest for those who he deems as powerful.
