Swarm Extrusion: Mosaic golems are extruded from the rock or minerals in multiples of 5 by the Inscriptor. At 3rd level, the Inscriptor can create 10 of them at once. When the Inscriptor reaches 11th level, 20 columns are extruded at once. When the Inscriptor reaches 18th level, 30 columns are extruded at once.   Combinatorial Might: The Mosaic golems can combine into various shapes and create a hardlight wall or emit a more deadly hardlight beam from their caps. Individually, they are considered small. Commanding the golems to assemble in a line means they will move to link up with one another.

  • When two assemble, their damage range is doubled, their armor is increased to grade 2 and they are considered small, and only occupy 1 five-foot cube.
  • When five assemble, the range of their attacks is tripled from base, the damage dealt is doubled, and they generate an impassable hardlight barrier that reaches 60 feet into the air, and occupy 2 five-foot cubes.
  • When ten assemble, their attacks turn into line attacks, the hardlight barrier incinerates things that touch it, and they occupy 4 five-foot cubes.
  • When twenty assemble, their attacks are the width of the occupied spaces, the hardlight barrier now extends along a line parallel to the mosaic golems out to 60 feet, and they occupy 8 five-foot cubes.
  •   Scalar Durability: Individually, each Golem is considered tiny and has HP equal to 2 + your Intelligence modifier + 3 times your Inscriptor level (the defender has a number of Hit Dice [d8s] equal to your Inscriptor level). Combining them multiplies their HP by the number of columns.

The Kemeri Mosaic Golem, or simply the Mosaic Stones are not a traditional magic golem, and are more often than not employed as a security system. They are a set of triangular columns comprised of wealdstone that is extruded from the surrounding rock or minerals. Their caps emit beams of hardlight that can sear or slice, depending on what commands are issued to them, and they function with a sort of hive mentality, forming geometric patterns and shapes that can result in tesselated walls, substantially increasing their durability and power. Individually, they do not pose much of a threat or an impasse, but the more of them assemble, the more dangerous they become.
