Vampiric Blood Your heritage of being a Helsing gives you vampiric blood. The repercussions of this are listed below   Claws and Bite With your vampiric blood you gain sharpened Claws and Teeth, it is considered dishonourable to use these as weapons but they exist. Claws deal 1d4 slashing damage Bite deals 1d6 piercing damage and increases by a d6 at 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6) and 17th level (4d6) (Can only be used when grappling or grappled)     Blood Drinker. Even though you are undead, you still require sustenance in the form of blood to sustain your unholy existence. You are immune to diseases. You do not need to eat or breathe, but you can ingest food and drink if you wish, though this food is always bland and stale to you. If you go for longer then seven days without drinking at least one ration of blood, you suffer one level of exhaustion on the midnight of that day, which can only be removed by drinking a ration of blood. After consuming one ration of blood, you recover all levels of exhaustion. If you reach six levels of exhaustion due to this trait, you are destroyed. A ration of blood is a vial, roughly 4 ounces and while that is just enough to sustain you each week, you still feel the urge to drink and may still appear twitchy or ravenous in the heat of battle or when treating a wounded ally. A pint, such as that contained within a flask is considered a healthy amount, enough to keep you sustained while also suppressing your less civilized behavior. Each ration of blood heals you for 1d4+1 hit points while a pint will heal you for 2d4+2 hit points.   Darkvision You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Resting Place Like many other vampires, you have a resting place, but the difference between you and other vampires is that when you get incapactitated, you go into your resting place, another human being can revive you with a healing spell of some sort but other than that you cannot leave until the next day, if you die twice in the same day, you die forever. Your resting place is a coffinlike structure, most of the helsing family is given a magic coffin that doubles as a backpack, but is still rather heavy, must have a strength score of 14 or higher or suffer from a base speed reduction to 20ft. you can only sleep when in this resting place.   Running Water Your flesh is torn apart in the presence of water, you take 20 acid damage when you end your turn in running water. This damage may not be reduced in any way.   Sunlight Sensitivity While in sunlight, the Helsing has disadvantage on Attack Rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. this can be nullified by a specialized cloak or glasses.   Dark Desire Though you may still have human blood in your body, the evil blood coursing through your veins still affect you, when able to do something that aligns with your chosen dark desire (see below) roll a DC 8 Wisdom save or be forced to do a evil action that aligns with that dark desire at the current moment.   Dark Desires   Greed Greed is an inordinate desire to acquire or possess more than one needs, especially with respect to material wealth. The hoarding of materials or objects, theft, and robbery, especially by means of violence, trickery, or manipulation of authority are all actions that may be inspired by Greed.   Lust Lust is characterized as an intense longing. It is usually thought of as intense or unbridled sexual desire, which leads to fornication, adultery, rape, bestiality, and other fraudulent sexual acts. However, lust can also mean simply desire in general; thus, hunger for money, power, and other things are also considered lust.   Gluttony Gluttony is overindulgence and overconsumption of anything to the point of waste.   Sloth Sloth is affectionless, a lack of any feeling about self or other, a mind-state that gives rise to boredom, rancor, apathy, and a passive inert or sluggish mentation.   Wrath It is important to understand that anger isn't evil nor good, it is a neutral act on the scale of good and evil, however, anger becomes wrath when it is directed against an innocent, when it is unduly, unbending or long-lasting, or when it desires excessive punishment. Anger becomes wrath when it reaches the point of a deliberate desire to kill or seriously wound. It is the desiring that someone else may suffer misfortune or evil.   Envy Envy is the need to have better or be better than others. Is it the need to have the goods, possession or even the connection of others. Wanting what others have for yourself.   Pride Pride is considered by some to be the root of all evil and naturally is the most common characteristics for a true vampire to have. It is the belief that you are better than those around you, someone who would insult your pride should be destroyed
