Prerequisites: Proficiency in the chosen weapon.
Benefit: Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20. Choose one weapon. Damage rolls made by that weapon can add your proficiency modifier to their total.
Normal: Damage rolls for weapon attacks don't add proficiency modifiers to their total.
