You hurl 2 sharpened, crystal-like spikes of blood at up to
2 targets you can see within range. Make a ranged spell
attack against a target for each spike hurled at it. On a hit,
it takes 1d12 piercing damage.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot
of 2nd level or higher, you create an additional spike and
can choose an additional target for each slot level above
1st.
