Amulet: Tree’s Unbound Favor, Small

Wondrous Item

Uncommon

When worn, you may perform 1 additional weapon technique per long rest.   This amulet, though modest in size, is crafted with an exceptional level of detail, embodying both the restrained elegance and deep reverence of Raskirinthian artisanship. The central piece of the amulet is an oval medallion made from a pale, calcified wood, believed to have once been part of the Great Tree itself. Its surface is smooth but retains faint, natural grain patterns that spiral inward toward the center, resembling the concentric rings of a tree. These lines are subtly accented with sinwed, inlaid with a precision that underscores the sanctity of the material.   Encircling the medallion is a thin sinwed frame, its edges finely scalloped in a design reminiscent of intertwining roots. The root motif spirals outward from the base of the medallion, creating a seamless flow between the frame and the pendant’s core. At intervals along the frame, small, irregular nodes protrude like budding shoots, polished to a soft sheen. These nodes symbolize growth and vitality, even in times of adversity.   Suspended below the medallion is a tiny teardrop-shaped charm, also crafted from sinwed, engraved with delicate Raskirinthian script. Though too small to read. The charm swings freely, catching the faintest light.   The amulet is suspended on a thin, braided cord of pale flaxen fibers, expertly woven and treated with a translucent wax that gives it durability while preserving its natural softness. The cord attaches to the sinwed frame through two discreet loops, ensuring the amulet hangs securely just below the wearer’s collarbone.
