Beastly Bond
Witchcraft
The witch forms a deep, emotional bond with an animal of her choosing. The animal must be willing to enter the bond (hence the food) and the witch must be touching the animal throughout the entirety of the cast, reciting the spell and forming the mental bond with the animal.

Once cast, the animal becomes the witch's companion and will follow the witch as if it was a highly trained pet. It will hunt for food when hungry and the witch can communicate with the companion through thoughts, concepts and emotions. They have no language between them, but they can still effectively communicate through these thoughts. The animal can perform actions according to the will of the witch, such as attacking targets of her choice or moving to a specific area.

The bond lasts for the life of the witch or the animal, unless dispelled or the witch betrays the animal (such as attacking it or sending it into a trap). Should the animal be killed while bonded to the witch, the witch must make a mental save against 9 if it fails she suffers 6 stress. A witch may only have a single bond with an animal at a time.
