 Prerequisites: None
 Benefit: Craft Arms and Armour Allows for the crafter to create various weapons and armour. At the time of crafting the quality being attempted must be declared. DC check is then performed to see what quality is resulted from the effort. The max quality that can be achieved is the quality declared. The gold and resources consumed in the crafting effort is that of the declared quality.   DC Check is 1d20 + STR Mod Masterwork and above quality of weapons have +1 to attack Masterwork and above quality of armour have a 10% reduction in weight
