You have learned to combine your music with fey magic. The charming abilities of your music can halt a battlefield.
 Prerequisites: High-Elf, Bard level 6th, fascinate ability
 Benefit: You can use your fascinate ability even after combat has started or you have posed an obvious threat to an enemy.
 Normal: Any obvious threat, such as someone drawing a weapon, casting a spell, or aiming a weapon at the target, automatically breaks the effect of fascinate.
