Special Attacks: Consume Whole: An Awakened Flame is capable of focusing it's energy to expand it's dimensions & consume anything near the flames. As a full-round action, the Awakened Flame can expand itself by 10 ft. in a single direction. Any creature that is within this area can be consumed in the fire. This acts as a grapple check with a +8 to attack.
If the creature is 'grappled' they are immediately engulfed by the flame as well as the tile they're standing on, and receives 1d8 Fire damage for every round they are inside the flame, and 1d4 additional rounds as soon as they escape the flame. All flammable equipment also takes damage, including magical equipment.
If the attack fails, the creature immediately moves away from the ensuing fire. If the creature is larger than the fire, it automatically moves away without danger.
Trail of Fire: If the Awakened Flame shrinks, it leaves behind a trail of fire that acts as normal, mundane fire, and will persist until extinguished or it runs out of fuel.
