You fire a cursed bolt of lighting at a single target that deals 1d4 points of electrical damage per caster level (max 10d4). If the target fails its reflex save, they must then make a will save or be cursed with Arcbound Mockery. When under the effects of this curse, whenever the target fails a d20 roll, they take an additional 2d6 electric damage (no save) and receive a -1 penalty on future rolls of that type (i.e. attack roll, initiative check, perception check, fortitude save, etc). Increase the penalty by 1 at 4th level and every four levels after (max -7 at 20th level). This penalty remains until the target rests for 8 hours or the curse is lifted. The penalty does not stack if the roll is failed more than once, but they do take 2d6 electric damage for every failed roll.
