The cyberscanner is a delicate electronic scanner that reads the subtle and weak signals and fields emitted by cybernetic implants and analyse them. This allows the scanner to identify all the types of implants being in use, as well as their operating frequency. This is commonly used by cybersurgeons to diagnose and repair cybernetic implants.   Using the scanner takes an action and allows you to identify a single implant and its operating frequency.
