The Ballada Underling is a 1st-level spellcaster. Its spell casting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks).
The Ballada Underling has the following Bard spells prepared:
Sneak Attack (1/Turn): The Ballada Underling deals an extra 3 (1d6) damage when it hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 ft. of an ally of the Ballada Underling that isn't incapacitated and the Ballada Underling doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Multiattack: The Ballada Underling makes two melee or ranged attacks.
Shortsword: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Hand Crossbow: Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Cunning Action: On each of its turns, the Ballada Underling can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
Inspiration: On each of its turns, the Ballada Underling can use a bonus action to grant an additional 1d6 to an allies ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This 1d6 can only be granted up to 3 times, it lasts 10 minutes, and the allied creature decides when to spend this die. A creature may only have one of these inspirations at a given time.
Suave and lithe, Ballada Underlings are new recruits to the Ballada organization who are low power and status members of said organization, hoping to either elevate their fame or remove injustice from Tor (The planet). They come in various shapes and sizes, but they are either so full of themselves or so ready to try and make the world a better place that they miss quite allot.
Some wear cordobés, sombreros, cowls, or chechia and decorate themselves with either solid colors with designed trimmings or pata de gallo designs. They often wear Pelisse designed for fencing and cavalry work, but also wear longer versions which can be considered shoulder capes. Obviously if a Ballada is working under cover they prefer to remain unnoticed, and as such they try and fit what they need to for the given circumstance, but the above is a generalization.
Balladas are typically found combatting evil and corruption in and around the kingdom of Caseara, a country on the planet Tor. However they can be found all over the continent Erador, all be it, in smaller numbers.
