Early Teachings

She was born in 3294 to the Folersyte clan of the Glenevalle forests. At an early age she was shunned by her peers due to her half blood nature. As she grew she was never vocally judged for being different, but knew she would never truly be accepted as a druid.
One of her spiritual guides that had been mentoring her suggested to accept the short sightedness and bigotry of her clan, that she lead her own journey in order to seek a self-fulfilment that would vastly outweigh the acceptance and praise of the clans elders. At the age of 14 she actively decided to exile her self from the clan that raised her in order to journey on a spirit quest in order to better understand the lifeforce of the land.
 

The Journey

As she ventured forth she began to see more wildlife and plants that she had never seen sticking to the typical clan grounds. Each few days she found a new specious of plant or animal and experimented with various supplies that she gathered building a great knowledge of food, potions and animals, hostile and friendly alike.
She walked vast distances in order to seek what she considered an event of divine inspiration.
 
Several years passed and as she journeyed east she left the great woods and entered the Selvenith Planes on the border of the elven lands. This is where she saw a mass slaughter of a pack of tigers. Pools and blood had soaked the ground and the remaining carcasses where being eaten by carnivorous birds. They scattered as she stepped closer and then noticed one of them still breathing. A lone tiger cub had been left for dead among the corpses.
She used her medicinal skills acquired from adventuring and tended to the wounds of the cub. On closer inspection she could see that this was no accident, it was obvious there was a fight against a bipedal intelligence. She believed all natural life was important to the great balance and it was inexcusable that anyone would consider a mass culling of this scale.
 
Soon after she fell upon her first glimpse of civilisation, a human town called Hammerton. The clan had previously taught her that in order to stay alive she would need to not involve herself with what they called the ‘builders’. In the eyes of the druids, they where considered heivens of the lands with low moral standards, that live short lives due to their destructive nature.
Although warned in old tales, she was not satisfied with these second hand accounts of humans, curiosity overwhelmed her and so watched from the shadows how they lived their lives in order to better understand what she considered could one day be a threat to her survival.
Elyssa got her revenge against the humans and returned to the cub. She felt the need to protect it while it was in a vulnerable state.
 
 

Bringing Balance

After many years of roaming the lands and doing what she considered morally just and inturn returning the natural balance, she spends a night near the Gervanaha mountains. That night the winds sweeping the mountains formed a voice…she belived to be Gozreh the diety of nature. The voice informed her that she was destined for a higher purpose and the land of Archeos needed to be cleansed and balance restored.
 

Extra Details

 
Her childhood she lived deep in the great forests of Glenevalle on the outskirts of the Yehlune districts of the elven empire. Since then she lives a nomadic life only venturing into built up areas in need of information.
She has a lean figure with elven runic tribal tattoos over her body. She wears a hardened leaf mulch attached with leather straps.
She has a very outlandish and brash attitude towards civilised culture and lacks the most basic skills when involved in diplomatic etiquette. She sees these activities as needless waste of time and
Her hunter instinct causes her to be very alert and vigilant of her surroundings. When idle or on watch her keen senses often lead her into a trance like state where she is can hear and see what many would disregard. To most this makes her often to appear very distant and jumpy.
